KOT

Residence

Total floor area: 250 sqm

A residential home designed as a second unit on a family estate nestled among vineyards. The architectural concept aimed to integrate the structure with the pre-existing building, while maintaining individuality and clear connections to the surrounding landscape.

The northwest corner of the house was a central element in the planning, carefully positioned to frame the estate’s best views. Material choices were inspired by the textures and tones of the vineyard environment — including polished concrete flooring, exposed concrete walls, mineral plaster, and corten steel accents.

These natural materials create a warm, grounded atmosphere and support the project’s durable design language, balancing raw simplicity with refined detail.
