Total floor area: 105+8 sqm

Renovation of a contractor-grade apartment for a couple and their young daughter.
With a lifestyle centered around food, hospitality, and the import of fine seafood, the kitchen naturally became the heart of the home.

At the core of the design concept was the desire to create a warm and generous space for entertaining, anchored by a spacious and functional kitchen. The private areas of the home were subtly concealed through a custom carpentry unit — a large, dark-toned element incorporating a library that runs along the dining area and includes a hidden door, allowing for a seamless and refined transition between public and private spaces.

The material palette draws from an industrial aesthetic, featuring exposed concrete flooring and dark, bold elements that complement the couple’s vibrant, culinary-focused lifestyle.

The project was realized in collaboration with architect Limor Erez
