In the heart of Tuscany, nestled between Monteriggioni and San Gimignano, this project involved the restoration and renovation of a historic family villa passed down through generations since 1843. The renovation was guided by a deep respect for the original architecture and character of the house, transforming it into an upmarket agriturismo while preserving its heritage.

All the key historic elements were carefully maintained — from original stone walls to wooden beams — while the interior was adapted to modern standards of comfort. Each guest room was redesigned with a private en-suite bathroom, and the old kitchen was reimagined to blend rustic charm with contemporary functionality.

This project reflects a delicate balance between past and present, offering an authentic Tuscan experience steeped in history and thoughtful design.
