In the heart of Tuscany, nestled between Monteriggioni and San Gimignano, the main project involved the renewal of a historic family villa, as described above.

Adjacent to the villa, the historic Limonaia — once used to shelter lemon trees during the Tuscan winters — was reimagined as a refined poolside pavilion.

Preserving the original charm of the structure, the space was transformed for leisure and hospitality, with a fully equipped kitchen, a shaded lounge area, restrooms, showers, and changing facilities.

The design maintains the spirit of the original Limonaia while blending seamlessly into the landscape, offering guests a relaxed and elegant extension of the agriturismo experience — where past and present coexist under the Tuscan sun.
